StrongBodies™ Virtual

  • Introduction: Strength-Training Class

StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.

Registration deadline is October 25, 2024 (yes, you can register that late) and the program occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 19th. Call the ADRC of Chippewa County at 715-726-7777.
