The 2017, 2014, 2011, 2008, 1999, 1995, 1989 & 1986 Chippewa County Plat Books are also available through Land Records, Room 009, Chippewa County Courthouse, for a discounted price of $5.00 each or $4.74 for non-taxed entities.  The postage amount is the same for the older books as the 2021 books.

If you would like to order any of the books through the mail, postage is required. Please send your request, along with a check or money order made out to the Chippewa County Treasurer, and indicate where you would like it mailed. Please use the following address and postage chart for the number of books ordered.  The postage is the same per book no matter what year is ordered. Postal rates have gone up recently, which are reflected below. Thank you!
