Immunizations
Health Department vaccines are available free of charge for those who qualify. Contact the Health Department at 715-726-7900 before the clinic with questions.
Children and adults with health insurance that covers vaccines, should use their primary health care provider for immunizations.
Access to the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR)
Child Immunizations
Children 18 years and younger can get FREE immunizations if they meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:
- Uninsured
- Underinsured (insurance does not cover immunizations)
- Have Wisconsin Medical Assistance (BadgerCare Plus)
- American Indian or Alaska Native
NOTE: Vaccinations can be given to minors only with parent/guardian signed consent. Parent must attend the appointment if child is less than 18 years old. If you have any questions please call 715-726-7900.
Adult Immunizations
Adults can get the following immunizations: Influenza, Tdap, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, MMR, Varicella, Pneumococcal, COVID-19.

The Health Department does not have travel immunizations such as typhoid and yellow fever. Several pharmacies and clinics in town do have the immunizations and also provide travel consultations.
