Real Estate Records Access 
There are currently two options available to access records on-line: 

TAPESTRY EON – For the occasional user - Pay-As-You-Go.

**For years, Tapestry has been provided as a service for the quick, remote access of the official public record. The time has come for this version of the service to retire, but a new and improved tool – Tapestry EON – is available for you to start using.  Tapestry EON will provide more tools for reliable searching, an updated user experience, and additional search criteria.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Tapestry EON will still allow for non-member searching with your credit card. Membership is not required.
2. All prepay users are asked to create a new Tapestry EON account. This will ensure the most updated information and a clean transition for all users.
3. If you are interested in additional training on the new features in Tapestry EON, please visit https://fidlar.com/Tapestry.aspx to sign up for one of several free, live webinars. You will also be able to find recordings of previous webinars and help documents.

5. If you made a prepay account on Tapestry, please make an effort to use all funds as soon as possible. If you are unable to do so, Fidlar Technologies will communicate a refund process.

What records can I access? 

• In Chippewa County, the tract index is available beginning in 1954 (including all CSM and Plat maps).  Prior to 1954, images are available back to 1854 by document number only.  Please note:  The index/image is not construed to be true and complete; rather, it is a working copy subject to error, omission and future modification. 

What equipment do I need? 

• You need Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later. You also need Adobe's PDF Acrobat Viewer to display document images. 

What are the fees? 

• All searches cost $8.75. Each search can give you up to 200 listings. You can look at the detailed information about each document free of charge. If you want to print an image, the cost is $1.00 per page.  Flexible Payment Options:
• Pay as-you-go with a credit card – Visa & MasterCard accepted
• Open Account Payment Plan - $25 minimum per month

Property Reports on Tapestry EON

To purchase a Property Report on Tapestry EON you must first complete a search and find a document that relates to the property you want a report on.  When viewing the details for a document if there is a button at the bottom that says "Property Report", you can click this to obtain the report.

This report includes additional information often not on the document like square footage, acreage, building details, tax & assessment info, neighborhood details and more.  By purchasing this report, you will be emailed a PDF and have access to a website version of the report for 60 days.

What records can I access?
