We care for people at all stages of life—from healthy beginnings to harm reduction.
This team provides hands-on health services and prevention tools to protect individuals and families. Whether it’s a vaccine or a life-saving dose of NARCAN® (naloxone), they meet people where they are to promote safety and well-being. They also provide communicable disease consultation, outbreak response, and education to help individuals and communities prepare for and respond to public health threats.
- Provide vaccines, reproductive health care, and STI testing.
- Distribute NARCAN® (naloxone) and offer overdose prevention tools and education.
- Support pregnant people and young children through home visits and case management.
