Community Support Program

The Community Support Program (CSP) is offered for the seriously mentally ill, such as those diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and/or Major Depression. This program includes a wide range of services designed to maintain individuals with serious mental health problems in the community. Services include assistance with daily living skills, group therapy, work adjustment, social/recreational opportunities, and education regarding mental illness and substance abuse.

Evidence based best practices are utilized that enables an individual to learn strategies to manage their mental health issues and make progress toward recovery. Core values in recovery emphasize the use of personal choice, hope, collaboration, and respect of the person being the expert in their own experiences.
