What are my options to compare my plans?

Did you know that everyone on Medicare should review their plan every year. There's 16,000+ people in Chippewa County on Medicare, but there's only one Elder Benefit Specialists in Chippewa County. Our efforts are highly focused on empowering individuals and caregivers to try comparing their own plans. We will guide you along the way if you are stuck or run into any questions. When comparing Advantage Plans or Part D Drug Plans, you have options:

• Option 1: Compare plans online at www.medicare.gov. Follow these Step-by-Step Instructions for Comparing Online or watch this YouTube tutorial to help guide you. Here's a PowerPoint with screenshots that show you how to read your PlanFinder Results.
  
  
• Option 2: Call 1-800-Medicare (1-800-633-4227). Have your Medicare ID# and list of medications ready. Follow our Step-by-Step Instructions for Calling Medicare.
  
  
• Option 3: If you don’t have access to a computer or a family/friend that does, & you're not comfortable calling Medicare, you can contact our Benefits Specialists from the ADRC at 715-726-7777.
