Deputies cannot release records so please do not contact deputies for reports.

 The Sheriff's Office will provide copies of police reports, photographs, etc. in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Records Law. Reports cannot be released until the investigation is complete, the case is closed and/or authorization has been provided by the District Attorney’s Office.

Reports can only be issued by clerical office staff. 

Reports can be picked up during regular business hours or mailed.

If you wish to obtain a copy of a report, please complete the Records Request Form (* link) and submit the request either in person during regular business hours or via email or mail.
