Treatment and Testing
A critical component of successful Recovery Court participation involves intensive supervision and random Urinalysis and Breathalyzer (UA/BA) testing to determine compliance with the rules of the Program. The frequency of the random UA/BA’s are determined by the phase each participant is in and is subject to change based on violations and the recommendation of the Treatment Team. Drug testing is completed through UA/BA, swab, and sweat patch testing on a random basis.
Weekday testing occurs at the courthouse on the second floor in Attorney Conference Room D from 7:45-9:00 a.m. Weekend testing is completed at the Chippewa County Jail.
