Referrals for Recovery Court are accepted from the District Attorney's Office, Defense Attorney, Probation Agent, or Drug Court Treatment Team Member.  The referral form in the link below must be completed and mailed or faxed to the Recovery Court Case Manager or District Attorney's Office.                                                                                                                                       

FEES

In January 2015, the Chippewa County Recovery Court switched to a fee for service system.  Participants must complete a financial intake process to determine their ability to pay for services.  Once the participant is screened and accepted into Recovery Court, they must contact the fiscal intake officer below to schedule a fiscal intake meeting.
