NOTICE TO EQUIPMENT VENDORS

 The Chippewa County Highway Department will accept sealed proposals up to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at the Highway Office, 801 East Grand Avenue, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, for a mini excavator.

 The Chippewa County Highway Department will accept sealed proposals up to 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at the Highway Office, 801 East Grand Avenue, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, for a deck-over tag trailer.

 The Chippewa County Highway Department will accept sealed proposals up to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at the Highway Office, 801 East Grand Avenue, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, for two (2) tractors with mowers.

 The Chippewa County Highway Department will accept sealed proposals up to 11:15 a.m., Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at the Highway Office, 801 East Grand Avenue, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, for a flex wing rotary mower.

 The Chippewa County Highway Commissioner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept or waive any portion of any proposal, waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals or accept any proposal or proposals which, in the opinion of the Highway Commissioner, will serve the County's best interest.
