FREE Fall Prevention Workshop in Stanley! The SAIL program has been researched and proven to reduce the risk of falls by focusing on strength, balance and fitness for adults 65 and older. Exercises are done standing or sitting so people at all stages in their fitness journey can participate.

Mondays and Thursdays from May 1st 2025 through July 31st 2025 at 10:30am at the Stanley Area Dance Studio.
