NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Chippewa, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on May 19, 2025 beginning at 8:30am in room 302 of the Chippewa County Courthouse, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, relative to following request:
Variance Petition: #2025-0001
Appellant: Ryan & Tracie Dallas
To allow habitable living space (a bathroom) to be constructed in an accessory structure, which is not allowed per the accessory structure definition, 55-5(2), of the Chippewa County Shoreland Ordinance. This request is for Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 1619 (Parcel number 22808-1211-71619001), which is located in the NEW ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 12, Township 28 North, Range 08 West. Town of Lafayette. Physical Address: 5899 189th Street.
