NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

STATE OF WISCONSIN

 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Chippewa, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 18^th, 2025 beginning at 1pm in room 016 of the Chippewa County Courthouse, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, relative to following request:

Variance Petition: #2025-0002

Appellant: Wissota View                                                Agent: Robert Brown

To install a fuel pump and island not meeting the water setback in accordance with section 55-42(b), of the Chippewa County Shoreland Ordinance.  This request is for Lot 1, 1^st Assessors Plat of Lafayette (Parcel number 22808-1114-64330001), which is located in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 11, Township 28 North, Range 08 West. Town of Lafayette. Physical Address: 17779 County Highway X.
