Free StrongBodies Strength-Training Class
Join these VIRTUAL classes 2 days a week!
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am – 10:30am until September 25th 2025
StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. StrongBodies will catalyze positive change in people of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives by providing knowledge, inspiration, access to programs, and ongoing support.
