NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

STATE OF WISCONSIN

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Chippewa, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on August 20, 2025 beginning at 1 pm in room 016 of the Chippewa County Courthouse, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, relative to the following request:

Variance Petition: #2025-0003

Appellant: Brad & Tara Hagmann                                                Agent: Amy Harriman, Esq/Quarles

To construct a new home not meeting the water setback in accordance with section 55-42(b) and the road setback in accordance with section 55-44(a)(1)a, of the Chippewa County Shoreland Ordinance.  This request is for Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 5722 (Parcel number 23007-1742-757220001), which is located in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 17, Township 30 North, Range 07 West. Town of Eagle Point. Physical Address: 16543 State Hwy 178.

All persons interested are invited to attend.  Specific information regarding this hearing can be obtained at the Chippewa County Department of Planning & Zoning.
