PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Chippewa, Wisconsin, that public hearing will be held on September 18, 2025 beginning at 5:00 PM at the Chippewa County Courthouse, Room 302, 711 N Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin relative to the following petition:

Conditional Use Petition: 2025-0005

Petitioner: Michael Nelson

To allow a home occupation in the Agricultural District in accordance with 70-108 and 70-115(a) of the Chippewa County Zoning Ordinance on Lot 4, Certified Survey Map 3029, which is located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 10 West.  Town of Wheaton. Physical Address:  3064 31St Avenue.
