Agencies Involved: Chippewa Sheriff’s Office, Eagle Point Fire Dept, Chippewa Falls Ambulance

Details of Event: On 08-02-16 at 5:44 pm the above agencies responded to a two vehicle crash, with injury on STH 178 near 125th Ave in the Town of Eagle Point. Vehicle #1 was traveling S/B on STH 178 and abruptly made a U turn in front of Vehicle #2 which was traveling N/B on STH 178. The collision caused severe damage to both vehicles involved. A 10 year old passenger from Vehicle #1 and the operator of Vehicle #2 were transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. Operator of Vehicle #1, Ms Bach was arrested for Causing Injury while Operating Intoxicated, Causing Injury while Operating Intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16 years of age and Unsafe Lane Deviation.
